11/10-11/2018 ADT #4 and #5 at Dale Creek Equestrian Village

Location: Dale Creek Equestrian Village (see site info below)
Judge: Michell Combs. Due to lower than usual turnout, only one judge will be used.

Stabling: Available on site @ $20 per night per stall (includes day use next day) or $20 per stall day use only. Anyone not getting a stall must pay a “Trailer in” fee for each entry for each day on the grounds ($10 per day/per entry.)
Shavings: Must be purchased on site @ $10 per bag. Do not bring your own. You may pre-order by including the number of bags desired on the entry and including the cost in your check. Or you may buy after you arrive. Pre-ordered will already be in your stall when you arrive.
Dry Camping on the grounds: No additional fee for this, unless you need an electrical hook up, which is $25 per day/night. (The fee page in the newsletter is incorrect.) Limited electric is available, so request early. Include the fee in your event check.
Required Office Fee per entry is $5. Updated entry form will include the office fee with the entry fee, so it is $50 per entry at Dale Creek, instead of $45.
Food on site: Butch will again provide some breakfast items and lunches both days. Lunch menu will be hot dogs and hamburgers. We may email all entries to try to get a head count for lunches, so Butch has enough food on hand. Cash please, and try to avoid large bills.
Dressage Tests: (These are the regular dressage tests, not arena driving trial tests.)
40 X 80 meter arena for horses and ponies and 4-in-hand VSE. 30 X 60 meter in a separate area for VSE.
Note: 2018 ADCS Membership is required. Kindly join through the club Secretary prior to this event. See web site for form, etc. May limit entries to the first 35 received.
