2019 Membership Required to Compete. Please be sure to send in your renewal at least 2 weeks prior to this event to allow processing. Renew with the Club Secretary, do not send in with this entry. Thanks.
Date: Event is Jan. 26, 2018. Overnighting on site is possible on Friday the 25th. Grounds open at noon on the 25th. You are welcome to arrive earlier on the 25th if you can help with set up. Gates will not open before 8:30am.

Entry Form: Entry due back by Jan, 18, sooner appreciated.

FOOD: Butch will provide volunteer lunches. Competitors can also pre-order a lunch on their entry form (so we have enough-no guarantee we will not run out if you wait until on site). Menu will be a Pulled Pork Lunch with cole slaw and a drink for $7.50 pre-ordered. ($8 if not preordered.) Also available will be a Hot Dog lunch @ $6 (2 dogs, drink and chips). Breakfast burritos will also be available until they run out. Individual items available on site @ posted prices. Pre-order a lunch if you want to be sure you will get one!
Dressage Tests: Green Driver classes will do ADS Training Test 1; Regular Training Classes: ADS Training Test 2; ADS Preliminary Test 3; ADS Intermediate Test 4; Advanced: at your request. (40 X 80 arena), please contact organizer. VSE ring 30 X 60 except any 4-in-hand VSE will drive in 40X80 ring. NOTE: These are the regular dressage tests, not arena driving trial tests.
Stabling: Approximately 20 overnight pens available, no covers.

Approximate start time for 1st dressage test is 8:30am. (Start time is adjusted based on number of entries.) A safety check is required before dressage. Report to the TD at the designated area before your test time. Download, fill in, and hand in the Safety Checklist to the TD during your safety check.
Competitors go directly to the Cones after finishing their Dressage test. The hazard Obstacles will run after the lunch break, in approximately the same order as for dressage, with a few exceptions.
