Facility Use – And Other Planned Activities
We have planned for open use of the facility; turnouts will be welcome on site beginning on Thursday, Oct. 26th for dry camping and trail/dressage/ or National Forest driving. Use of the facility prior to this may be arranged by calling Barbara Butterfield to identify date and time. On Friday, Oct. 27th a party will be held on the tennis court with music and main course provided. Bring something to share and BYO, though a complimentary selection of local brews will be available. Neighbors will be invited to meet you and your equines if you are agreeable. Some of the neighbors may ask you questions and you might find them wandering around the course. Saturday night the patio will be open and the BBQ on for pot luck and your cooking pleasure. For Saturday evening, please, bring your cooking supplies and food. You might plan for a dip in the hot tub if you bring your suit and towel.
Note Regarding Hazards/Warm Up
We have expanded AZ Oasis so there are two ponds and more possibilities for interesting routes. Hazard practice will close by the 14th of October – though, if Native Land is included in the hazards, it would be available for you to lead (without cart or carriage) your equine through. This arrangement is made to be sure anyone concerned that their equine might want to meet the metal animals first, has a chance to do so. This exception will end at dusk the day before the ADT. A field beside the dressage arena will be available for warm up Sat.the 28th.
Food on Site Chris Fonoti will provide a food concession.(Probably only on Saturday????)
