ARIZONA DRIVING TRIAL ENTRY – ADT #5
at Atonna's in Paulden
September 30, 2023 Start Time: Tentatively 9:00 am
Notes for the Series: 1) Any driver who competed in two or more ADTs in “green driver” in the past year’s series may not compete as a “green driver” in 2023. This level is intended for those new to driving with limited competitive experience. All others may remain and repeat as champion in any other class. 2) An HC entry pays full entry fee. 3) All horses brought on site must be entered. See the website for ADT rules/updates.
HELMETS MUST BE WORN BY ALL PERSONS AT ALL TIMES WHILE ON ANY VEHICLE. A NAVIGATOR IS REQUIRED IN OBSTACLES, EXCEPT FOR SMALL PONIES AND VSE–exception does not apply to all Junior Drivers. A SAFETY VEST is required in Obstacles for driver and navigator, except for those at Training Level, but still highly recommended.
Junior Driver Information for this Event, per Organizer: (Competition age is the age that will be reached in 2023.)
10 and under drivers must have a knowledgeable adult in the cart with them at all times, on the grounds and in the rings. 11-13 year olds must have a knowledgeable adult in the cart with them at all times, on the grounds and in the rings. The only exception to this rule is if the equine is a VSE and if the competition ring is fully enclosed (as it might be for dressage and cones). But this exception is also dependent on approval of the organizing committee, and could be different at different venues. YOU NEED TO CHECK WITH THE ORGANIZER ON EVENT DAY. The exception does not apply to the Obstacles competition. For 14-18 year olds, the requirement for a knowledgeable adult in the cart is at the organizer‘s discretion, and will be decided on an individual basis after consulting with the parent or trainer of the entry and knowledge of the equine.
All persons entering the grounds for this event must submit a signed Waiver form. See the event information page for the link to the form.
Remember, anyone who rides on your carriage must wear a helmet, and must sign the release.
We are charged for online processing of payments for our Events. Since a transaction fee applies to the amount submitted, each option you may choose on the entry form has had that fee calculated and added. In addition, the entry fee includes the processing fee.
Cancelation before the close of entries, will get a full refund less the online processing fees if you paid Online.
Any cancelation after close of entry will incur a $5 office fee. No Shows on event day will receive no refunds of any kind. Online transaction fees cannot be returned if you cancel or change your entry after submission.
When you select the Submit button, your form is submitted to the event secretary, and you will automatically be redirected to the PayPal page where you may use PayPal to pay if you have an account with them. If you do not have a PayPal account, choose the option to pay with a credit or debit card. However, if you have reached PayPal's limit of transactions for those without an account, your payment with the previously used credit card will not go through. You could try again with a different card, or sign up for an account.
This form saves progress. The form will clear after submission should you need to submit another entry.
If you are not redirected to PayPal at all, no payment has been made or any processing fees charged. Pop-up blockers may cause this. Try going to your browser preferences and unblock pop-ups for our website, or in general, and try again.
