ARIZONA DRIVING TRIAL ENTRY – ADT #3
at Atonna's in Paulden
May 15, 2021 Start Time: Tentatively 9:00 am depending on the number of entries.
Notes for the Series: 1) Any driver who competed in two or more ADTs in “green driver” in the past year’s series may not compete as a “green driver” in 2021. This level is intended for those new to driving with limited competitive experience. All others may remain and repeat as champion in any other class. 2) An HC entry pays full entry fee. 3) All horses brought on site must be entered. See the website for ADT rules/updates.
HELMETS MUST BE WORN BY ALL PERSONS AT ALL TIMES WHILE ON ANY VEHICLE. A NAVIGATOR IS REQUIRED IN OBSTACLES, EXCEPT FOR SMALL PONIES AND VSE–exception does not apply to all Junior Drivers .
Junior Driver Info: 10 and under drivers must have a knowledgeable adult in the cart with them at all times, on the grounds and in the rings.
11-13 year olds must have a knowledgeable adult in the cart with them at all times, on the grounds and in the rings. Exception to this is if equine is a VSE and ring is fully enclosed. But organizer approval is needed, so CHECK AT EVENT.
For 14-18 year olds, the requirement for an adult in the cart is at the organizer‘s discretion, and will be decided on an individual basis after consulting with the parent or trainer of the entry and knowledge of the equine. A navigator (usually not required in Obstacles for a VSE or small pony) may be required for a junior.
Competition age is the highest age attained this calendar year.
Giving us your track width (you will still be measured at the event) allows some entries with the same measurement to be scheduled back to back, thus making cone resetting not necessary for every single entry.
All persons entering the grounds for this event must submit a signed Waiver form. See the event information page for the link to the form.
Remember, anyone who rides on your carriage must wear a helmet, and must sign the release.
We are charged for online processing of fees for our Events. Since the fee differs with the amount submitted, each option you may choose on the entry form has had that fee calculated and added.
Refunds, if any, for cancelation after close of entry on May 11, will be less a $5 Office fee, and any processing fees.
No Shows on event day will receive no refunds of any kind.
IF YOU PAY ONLINE:
Online transaction fees cannot be returned if you cancel or change your entry after submission.
When you select the Submit button, your form is submitted to the event organizer, and you will automatically be redirected to the PayPal page where you may use PayPal to pay if you have an account with them. If you do not have a PayPal account, choose the option to pay with a credit or debit card.
