Notes for the Series: 1) Any driver who competed in two or more ADTs in “green driver” in the past year’s series may not compete as a “green driver” in 2020. This level is intended for those new to driving with limited competitive experience. All others may remain and repeat as champion in any other class. 2) An HC entry pays full entry fee. 3) All horses brought on site must be entered. See the website for ADT rules/updates.
HELMETS MUST BE WORN BY ALL PERSONS AT ALL TIMES WHILE ON ANY VEHICLE. A NAVIGATOR IS REQUIRED IN OBSTACLES, EXCEPT FOR SMALL PONIES AND VSE–does not apply to Junior Drivers.
Junior Driver Info: 10 and under drivers must have a knowledgeable adult in the cart with them at all times, on the grounds and in the rings.
11-13 year olds must have a knowledgeable adult in the cart with them at all times, on the grounds and in the rings. The only exception to this rule is if the equine is a VSE and if the competition ring is fully enclosed (as it might be for dressage and cones). But this exception is also dependent on approval of the organizing committee, and could be different at different venues.
YOU NEED TO CHECK WITH THE PROPER PERSON ON EVENT DAY.
The exception does not apply to the Obstacles (hazards) competition.
For 14-18 year olds, the requirement for an adult in the cart is at the organizer‘s discretion, and will be decided on an individual basis after consulting with the parent or trainer of the entry and knowledge of the equine.
Giving us your track width (you will still be measured at the event) allows some entries with the same measurement to be scheduled back to back, thus making cone resetting not necessary for every single entry.
If your navigator resides at the same residence, please have them sign this before you submit it.
Anyone else who needs to sign the release for this entry will need to do it onsite or can be directed to the link on our website event page and submit it from there.
Remember, anyone who rides on your carriage must wear a helmet, and must sign the release.
The fees listed here are for folks paying with a check or money order. Use the other entry form if you want to pay online.
Refunds, if any, for cancelation after close of entry on Dec. 3, will be at the Organizers' discretion, and only if requested for review by the competitor.
No Shows on event day will receive no refunds of any kind.
