We expect to have some High Point Breed Awards for Hackney, Registered Miniatures, Registered Morgans, and possibly others.

About the 2023 Venue:

There should be a food vendor or Food Truck on site.

 

Our show will use the covered arenas. Horse stalls and tack stalls will be available.

​

RV parking will be available.

​

Horse trailer parking is closer to our show rings than it was last year.

Please Note: We will be sharing this venue with a Cowboy church service from 4-8:00 pm on Friday and a Barrel Racing group on Sat. morning until about 1:00pm.  All carriages will need to stay on the west side of the venue, and limit driving to only the warm-up or show ring, and not around the grounds. Barrel racers will be using the east side of the venue.

Show Time: First Class each day is expected to start at 

9:00 am. Last class each day should end before 5 pm.

​

$20 classes, and if you pre-enter six classes when you submit your entry, you may choose a seventh class for free!

IMPORTANT ENTRY DATES

Early Entry: September 1, 2023 thru Oct.12 

Late Entry:  Oct.13 thru Oct. 20th. 

October 7th postmark is suggested for mailed entries to arrive by Oct.12 and avoid late fees. $30 Late Fee applies to entries either Mailed or Online that arrive/are submitted  after Oct. 12 and by Oct. 20, 2023.

No entries RECEIVED after October 20 will be accepted.  No new entries will be possible show days, but those already entered may add classes on show days.

Sat. Evening Dinner: Deadline for Tickets is Oct. 16. Order on the Entry Form if we will get it before the 17th, or order separately before the 17th. ONLINE FORM Link is in column to the right under the Social/Auction Information. Competitors, participants, and volunteers are welcome to attend.

PLAN AHEAD:  Site Entry Requirements: A negative Coggins within 12 months of the show date is required for any equine entering the facility from out of state. Out of State equine also require a current Health Certificate, dated within the previous 30 days. Proof of vaccination is needed for Equine Influenza and Equine Herpes Virus (Rhinopneumonitis) within the 6 months prior to entering the venue. Show your documentation at Check-in, or include copies with your entry. See the ADS website for descriptions of accepted forms of vaccine documentation.

Social and Silent Auction Saturday Evening:

 

Auction items will be displayed and bids may be placed all day Sat. by the Show Office. Approximately one hour after the last class (time still to be determined), we will gather for an All You Can Eat Taco Bar at Casa de Mina, a restaurant within a few miles of the event site.

 

Final bids on auction items can be made during the dinner. Winners will then announced and your cash or checks gladly accepted. 

​

Tickets for the dinner will be available at a cost $20 per person (slightly higher if ordering online), with ADCS covering the remaining cost. Because the restaurant needs a count by Oct. 17, tickets will need to be purchased before that date. See the link to an online form for tickets below, or if ordering on a mailed entry or the online entry form, please include an order there ONLY if your entry will arrive before Oct. 17.
