ADS Waiver Required to be filled out by all in an entry's party that may ride on a carriage or handle an equine. See the Waiver page for more specifics.
ADS Non-Member Credit Voucher To be filled out by any driver who is not an American Driving Society member.
ADS Member Affidavit Any ADS member who cannot include their member number on the entry form must fill out the affidavit.

Well maintained barn with both horse and tack stalls available.
Showers at the barn.
RV camping spaces with water and electric. Dump station on site.
Reserved parking possible closer to the barn.
Our Show Office is not shown. It will be by Arena 1.
