ADS Waiver Required to be filled out by all in an entry's party that may ride on a carriage or handle an equine. See the Waiver page for more specifics. Do not submit online after Nov. 3; print out to bring with you or sign one in the show office.
ADS Non-Member Credit Voucher To be filled out by any driver who is not an American Driving Society member.
ADS Member Affidavit Any ADS member who cannot include their member number on the entry form must fill out the affidavit.

Snack Bar on site.
Covered Show (Arena 1) and Warm Up Arena (Arena 3).
Well maintained barn with both horse and tack stalls available.
Showers at the barn.
RV camping spaces with water and electric. Dump station on site.
Reserved parking possible closer to the barn.
Our Show Office is not shown. It will be by Arena 1.

They recently changed the reservation web site for reserved RV camping. Not all the info in the Prize List may now apply. You must still call Horseshoe park for dry camping and reserved parking.
