ENTRY OPENS: September 12. "Early Entry" runs until Oct. 19; "Late Entry" runs Oct. 20 to 27. ($30 late entry fee)​ ENTRY CLOSES: Oct. 27th, 5pm. No new entries taken at the show, but those already entered may add classes.

Horseshoe Park & Equestrian Centre

 20464 E. Riggs Road

 Queen Creek, AZ 85142

Snack Bar on site.

Covered Show (Arena 1) and Warm Up Arena (Arena 3).

Well maintained barn with both horse and tack stalls available. 

Showers at the barn.

RV camping spaces with water and electric. Dump station on site.

Reserved parking possible closer to the barn.

Our Show Office is not shown. It will be by Arena 1.

1.1 ADS Ponies are 120cm to less than 149cm, without shoes; or less than150cm with shoes.

ADS Competitor Liability Waiver   This link will be active when entry opens. Required to be filled out by all in an entry's party that may ride on a carriage or handle an equine. The mailed Entry Form contains this statement and is signed there. The Online Entry Form requires this be filled out and submitted separately or attached to the online entry. Download it to your computer, do not just open the link. See the online entry directions for more specifics.

ADS Non-Member Credit Voucher   To be filled out by any driver who is not an American Driving Society member.   

ADS Member Affidavit   Any ADS member who cannot include their member number on the entry form must fill out the affidavit.
