OPTIONS FOR SUBMITTING THE DRIVER & NAVIGATOR ADS DISCLAIMER and HOLD HARMLESS AGREEMENT FOR THE 2026 FESTIVAL OF DRIVING PLEASURE SHOW

 

The Waiver form is for the Driver of an entry and any individual coming on the show grounds who may ride on the carriage, may handle the horse, or as part of an entry's party. No need to submit separately if you signed on the waiver submitted by the driver with a mailed entry or online entry. (If not submitting on the same waiver as the driver, please include the name of the driver you are associated with on the form.)
 

PDF Waiver File: Use this pdf if printing the form and submitting it at the show. Depending on your browser, you may be able to fill this out in the browser (the most current Chrome browser seems to allow this) and then print it off.

 

IF YOU ARE THE DRIVER and entering via the online Entry Form, upload it through your entry if you are able to fill, sign and save it in digital form on your computer. Save it with your last name and ADS Waiver in the title. You can also try downloading it to your computer, and your pdf viewer may allow filling, signing and saving. If successful, you could also email your saved file to the Entry Secretary. Or use the online form below.

ADS Event Waiver for Online Submission: Use the form below to fill and sign the waiver with direct submission to the Entry Secretary. Please DO NOT SUBMIT online after November 3rd, 2026. One can be signed at the Show office if not submitted by that date.

 

Volunteers working the event need to sign a VOLUNTEER WAIVER which will be available at Volunteer check-in if not sent out sooner.
