Use this form to submit an event waiver via online for the 2024 Festival Show. This form is for any individual coming on the show grounds who may ride on a carriage, may handle the horse, or as part of an entry's party. No need to submit if you signed the waiver on the Driver's Entry Form. This form, when submitted, will be emailed directly to the Entry Secretary. Please DO NOT SUBMIT after November 4th, 2024. One can be signed at the Show office.

 

Volunteers working the event need to sign a VOLUNTEER WAIVER which will be available at Volunteer check-in.
