                               Online Entry Form for ADCS Festival of Driving Pleasure Show
                                                              November 7-8, 2026
The Online Entry Form is best viewed and filled out via a computer as opposed to a smart phone. Use this Form to enter this Event and Pay your fees Online. Early Entry deadline is Oct. 19.  Late Entry deadline is Oct. 27 at 5pm. No NEW entries will be accepted after this date or onsite show days, but those pre-entered may add classes at the show.
    
Use a Separate Entry Form for Each Turnout (Driver, Equine, Carriage Combination). This form saves your progress, and will reset after a submission.

 

Payments are processed through PayPal; the PayPal transaction and processing fees will be paid by our club rather than added to the entry cost, but those fees will be deducted from any refund due to canceling the entry.

Note: After submitting the form, you should be redirected to PayPal to process your payment. If you do not have your own PayPal account, you may still pay with a debit or credit card, unless you have used up the number of transactions PayPal allows for your card. This number is undisclosed. You could try a different card. 

 

If you are not redirected to PayPal, or if it does not work for you, we will receive your entry, but no payment. The Entry Secretary will contact you about payment. If your payment goes through, you will receive a receipt from PayPal. If you have problems with this form or the payment, please contact the webmaster.


IF ENTERING ONLINE: Submit the following-

  1. the ONLINE ENTRY FORM below - scroll down. The form saves progress and resets after submission.

  2. the American Driving Society DRIVER & NAVIGATOR ADS DISCLAIMER and HOLD HARMLESS AGREEMENT Choose one of the two options that appear on the Waiver page linked below.  NOTE: All in your party and the horse owner(if not the driver) need to sign this waiver. If not available to sign on your entry waiver, direct them to the ADS Waiver on our website Festival page for a separate submission.   Waiver page link 

  3. If an ADS member, give your ADS # on the entry form, or submit the Affidavit if you do not know your #.                     OR

  4. If not an ADS member, fill out and sign the Non-Member Credit Voucher. 

  5. Other documents that are required, like coggins, vaccination record, health certificate, pony card (can be obtained at the show if you do not have one), etc. can be brought with you for presentation at check in, or, if you have them in digital form, can be submitted via email to the entry secretary: Karen Austermiller

USING THE .PDF FORMS: If your browser or your pdf viewer will allow online filling and signing, then fill out and sign any needed form, save it to your computer with your last name in the file name with "waiver" or "affidavit" or "voucher" and upload it at the bottom of the entry form. If file upload does not work for you, attach the file to an email and send it to the Entry Secretary. The latest Chrome browser now allows filling and signing right in the browser. Some other browsers may also. The .pdf forms can also be downloaded, printed and then filled out and presented at check-in if you are unable to save them in digital form.

NOTE - Before you hit SUBMIT, please read! If nothing happens, or the form repositions to an area above when you try to submit the form, you most likely failed to fill in a required field. Please look for * fields on the form and make sure all are filled out, then try submitting again.
